I just got back from spending a week in Austin at a mastermind with 100 of the top investors, investor-agents, and operators in the country. It was put on by Aaron Amuchastegui — a guy who has touched over 1,000 single-family rentals and sacrifices a lot to bring people together like this. Really cool event, really cool guy.
There was a ton of content about social media, AI, and being a better agent — all useful stuff. But you all are interested in real estate and want to invest in real estate. So here are the key mindset shifts I pulled out for you:
