Andres Martin

Andres Martin's real estate journey began over a decade ago when his father insisted he invest in rental properties alongside him, an experience that became a turning point in his financial future. Through those investments, he gained firsthand insight into real estate's power as a wealth-building tool, a philosophy that still guides his work today.

Andres got his real estate license in 2023 with a simple goal: to represent himself better on his own deals. But as he built out his portfolio, he realized the same lesson his father had taught him, that real estate is one of the most reliable paths to long-term wealth, was something worth sharing. That's what led him to open his practice to other investors, bringing his background as a software engineer for a leading insurance company into the work: a sharp, data-driven approach to underwriting deals and spotting opportunities.

Today, Andres brings together his work as a REALTOR® with his own hands-on portfolio. He owns ARMR Real Estate, his personal investment company with rental properties in Miami and Indianapolis, and co-operates MidStay Management, managing rentals for other owners across the city. That means every client gets an agent who is doing the exact same thing himself, deeply embedded in Hamilton County and the greater Indianapolis market.

Outside of real estate, Andres is happiest hiking Indiana's state parks, traveling, or losing an afternoon to a good book. He lives in McCordsville with his wife, Lauren, and their daughter, where building long-term relationships with clients matters more to him than any single closing.
