Jerry believes homeownership has the power to change more than where someone lives, it can change the trajectory of a family.

Before beginning his real estate career, Jerry served families through North Carolina State and the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension programs, where he saw firsthand how housing instability shaped education, opportunity, and long-term success. That experience eventually led him to direct a homebuyer preparation program, spending hundreds of hours coaching aspiring homeowners through budgeting, credit, mortgage readiness, and the homebuying process.

Today, Jerry helps buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with education, advocacy, and a clear plan. His goal isn't simply to help clients purchase a home, it's to help them build a stronger future through homeownership.

Originally from West Virginia and raised in Wisconsin, Jerry has long considered Indianapolis a second home before ultimately planting roots here with his wife, Nakilah, and their three children. Outside of real estate, you'll usually find him hiking, playing basketball or tennis, golfing or spending time with his family and their Great Dane.
