Nathan is a real estate professional serving the Central Indiana market, helping investors, buyers, and sellers navigate real estate with confidence and make well-informed decisions. Born and raised in Avon and now based in Westfield, Nathan brings a strong understanding of the local market and a thoughtful, results-driven approach to every client he works with.

A graduate of Indiana University, Nathan brings an analytical background and a practical approach to real estate. He believes real estate is about more than simply buying or selling a property, it’s about understanding each client’s goals, recognizing opportunities, and helping them make decisions that truly make sense for them both now and in the future.

Nathan takes pride in making the process straightforward, transparent, and personal. Whether helping an investor evaluate an opportunity, a seller prepare and position a home, or a buyer navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make, he focuses on clear communication, attention to detail, and being a dependable resource throughout from start-to-finish.

Outside of real estate, Nathan stays actively involved in the community and enjoys everything that makes Indianapolis a great place to live. He’s a passionate supporter of the local sports scene, enjoys staying active, and spends much of his free time exploring Indy’s neighborhoods, parks, and trails with his Sheepadoodle, Chase.
