Tyler Lingle

Co-Founder

Tyler's life core pillars are Education | Investment | Faith. After attending Olivet Nazarene University and majoing in History Educaiton & Economics, Tyler began his professional journey as a corps member with Teach for America. He served as middle school history teacher at a charter school on Indy's westside. This experience taught him work ethic, grit, and how to engage folks in difficult scenarios...

After four years in urban education, he pivoted to real estate in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Why real estate? Tyler was enamored with the power of real estate to build wealth & change lives. He had an incredibly impactful experience "house hacking" his first home in the Irvington historic district of Indianapolis, and renovating it to add value.

Since breaking into real estate Tyler has served as buyer & seller's agent on over 150 transactions, with a production volume of over $38M sold. He experienced a rapid ramp up in his agency business through relentless grit to drive nothing but results, investment & market insight, and a consultant-concierge level of service. In 2023 he co-founded the Roots Realty Co. powered by @properties. Roots exist to help homeowners and real estate investors plant roos & build long-term wealth.

When not working, catch Tyler running on the Monon, grabbing a beer at one of Indy's many breweries, hiking at a local park, or relaxing with a great book at home. Tyler, his wife Brianna, and son Calvin currently live in the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood.
