Before I tell you about the spaces we’ve been building for real guidance and growth here in Indy, I’ve been thinking a lot about this past season. Hard to believe we’re already in the final stretch of 2025… but honestly, this has been one of the most energizing runs we’ve ever had at Roots.
We just added two more agents to the team (again 🤯) — which means we’re officially in double digits now. Wild. We’ve been all-in on onboarding, training, and making sure everyone is equipped to truly serve Indy investors at the highest level. When I look back at where we started in January compared to now, it’s unreal how much has shifted.
It’s been a year of building — the kind of foundational building that sets up an even bigger one ahead. Grateful for every bit of it.

Rainy Street Sweep Last Week ✅ Over 15 people showed up to our latest Roots Street Sweep. A rainy Friday morning didn’t stop us from cleaning up Riverside Park! The best part?
