Max Moore

Co-Founder

Max is a dynamic real estate professional driven by the desire to help people plant lasting roots. His passion lies in helping homeowners transition from their starter homes to their forever homes, but he also continues to serve investors, first-time buyers, and house hackers. Max's expertise spans headache-free turnkey rentals, perfect first homes, and sweat equity properties—the kind where a little effort can boost the value by 30%. He's also skilled in guiding clients through the complexities of first-right contingencies, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.

Before diving into real estate, Max kick-started his entrepreneurial journey as a GNC Franchise Owner in Indianapolis, where he discovered the power of passive income. That mindset fuels his work today, where he remains committed to helping clients make smart, wealth-building decisions in real estate.

In the past year, Max has sold over $15 million in real estate, closed more than 75 homes, and expanded his team to six individuals. He's added two rentals to his personal portfolio and, most importantly, helped seven couples "level up" from their first home to their dream forever home.

When he's not working, Max enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their three dogs, hitting the golf course, or catching a Pacers game. With a baby on the way in November, Max is excited about this next chapter. Roots Realty Co., under his leadership, has sold over 125 homes in the last 12 months, serving Central Indianapolis and the surrounding counties.
